Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

BENEFITS: Hourly pay, bonus and commissions $21.00-25.00 an hour based on experience. (Average Agency base $51,000 bonus & commissions $17,200)   Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) after just 30 days and up to 120 paid time off)  Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office to become an Agent.  Signing bonus for pre-licensed professionals after completed training.  No nights or weekend  Additional bonus after 30 days for any previous State Farm Experience greater then 6 months  RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.  Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations. QUALIFICATIONS: Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Ability to effectively relate to a customer.  Property & Casualty license required with in 14 days  State Farm experience recommended.
